Aila is transforming sustainability reporting for SMEs by providing an intuitive, VSME-compatible digital platform.

I first encountered Aila while preparing a VSME sustainability report for another company. I purchased an early version of the product because I needed a practical reporting tool myself. Through that process I got to know the founders and the product vision, and later joined the company as fractional CTO.

SatamaConnect provides digital tools for marinas, boating clubs, and boaters, simplifying harbor reservations, payments, and customer communication. The platform combines harbor management, bookings, payments, and member services into a single system.

I joined SatamaConnect as a late co-founder and took responsibility for the company’s technology and product development. In addition to CTO responsibilities, I have worked hands-on as a full-stack developer building the platform and its operational systems.

Camilla Safety Oy provides first-aid, fire safety, and threat situation training for companies, public organizations, and individuals. In addition to traditional on-site training we also offer online and hybrid trainings all available in Finnish, Swedish and English.

Camilla Safety is our family-owned company, where I work mostly behind the scenes supporting technology, systems development, and business strategy. My role has gradually expanded from ad-hoc support and sparring into broader digital and business development.
